Sarah Rais
Sarah Rais, a native Chicagoan, began cooking in her mother’s kitchen at a young age. Her passion for cooking and baking grew over the years. After her wedding in March of 2020, Sarah established ‘Sarah’s Famous Foods’ where she sold homemade foods from her home kitchen. Presently, as the CEO of Herring Man Appetizing Co., she brings not only her kitchen experience, but her business knowhow, which includes a BS in Accounting from Sy Syms School of Business in New York.
Betzalel Rais
Betzalel Rais began his culinary career at the age of fourteen in Boston, MA. Since then, he has worked in virtually every aspect of the food service industry throughout the United States and Israel. He began market research with the herring business which ultimately led to the genesis of Herring Man, a fish company which still runs today.
